An excellent product, offering challenges and play opportunities for a wide range of ages. The basic fort consists of a climbing ramp, raised play house (platform height 1.4m, platform area 1.5m x 1.5m), and a 3m wave slide. Two 5 rung ladders of different degrees of difficulty (one being vertical and one at a slight gradient) provide access to the tower, and thus to the 3m wave slide, which can be positioned on either side of the tower. The tower can also be accessed by means of the climbing ramp, offering a third and fourth climbing challenge, since it can be scaled with or without the aid of a rope. We have recommended the product for children of 3 or above, but a confident 2 year old under supervision will be able to access the tower and slide by means of the sloped ladder or the climbing ramp. Opportunities for imaginative and social play are provided by the tower, with a raised platform with pitched roof above, and a den area below. All timbers are pressure treated and impregnated with wax, providing a more water repellent surface, so reducing water absorption and delaying future rotting of the timber.  Can also be combined with a single, double or triple swing frame.
