A galvanised steel swing hook with a 100 x 50mm carbine hook (10mm in diameter), allowing for quick and easy changing of swing accessory without the need for tools.
The swing hook has an integrated nylon bearing and a threaded 140mm bar of 12mm (M12) diamenter. Comes complete with two nuts and a plain washer.
Suitable for any profile of timber (round or square) from 85mm (3.25") to 120mm (4.5") thick.
